Complete your purchase through Renew’s secure payment system. Payments are safely held until the transaction is completed.
3. Arrange pickup or delivery
After payment is confirmed, the in-app chat opens so you can coordinate handover directly with the seller.
4. Confirm & review (24 hours)
When you receive the item, confirm receipt via OTP.
You then have 24 hours to inspect the item and report any issue.
If no issue is reported within 24 hours, the transaction is completed and funds are released to the seller.
