REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Renew – Buy & Sell Pre-Loved Items in Qatar

1. Overview

Renew is an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of pre-loved items in Qatar. Renew is not the seller of listed items.

2. Item Condition

All items are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated in the listing.

3. Item Receipt Confirmation

Receipt confirmation is completed only via OTP (One-Time Password) verification on the Renew platform.

4. 24-Hour Review Window

Buyers have 24 hours from OTP confirmation to report an issue. If no issue is reported, the transaction is considered final.

5. Reporting an Issue

Issues must be reported using the “Report an Issue” feature on the platform within the 24-hour review window.

Valid reasons include:

  • Item significantly not as described
  • Wrong item received
  • Item damaged beyond disclosed condition

6. Order Cancellation

Buyers may request cancellation within 24 hours after item handover, subject to this policy.

7. Returns

Returns are not automatically guaranteed and are reviewed case by case. Approved returns must follow Renew’s instructions.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Late issue reporting
  • Normal wear of pre-loved items

10. Dispute Resolution

Renew may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee outcomes.

11. Abuse of Policy

Renew reserves the right to reject requests or suspend accounts in case of abuse.
