Welcome to Renew (“Renew”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Renew is an online marketplace platform that enables users to buy and sell pre-loved items in Qatar.
By accessing or using the Renew website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Renew.
Users may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.
Renew acts solely as a marketplace platform provider and is not the seller or buyer of items.
Sellers must provide accurate photos and descriptions of items and ensure compliance with all applicable laws of the State of Qatar.
All items are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Seller payouts are initiated within 3–5 working days, subject to payment processing timelines.
Receipt confirmation is completed only via OTP (One-Time Password) verification on the Renew platform. The 24-hour review window begins immediately after OTP confirmation.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours via the platform’s reporting feature. Refunds and dispute resolutions are handled according to Renew’s Refund & Return Policy.
Buyers may request cancellation within 24 hours after item handover, subject to Renew’s policies.
Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed on the platform. Renew reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts violating this rule.
Renew is not liable for the condition of items, user conduct, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
All platform content, including logos, branding, text, and design elements, are the property of Renew and may not be used without permission.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
