Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
• The buyer may cancel the order before the item handover and before OTP confirmation.
• After OTP confirmation, cancellations are not permitted.

After OTP confirmation, any concerns must be addressed through the 24-hour review window and the formal dispute process.

Renew reserves the right to determine eligibility for cancellation in cases of suspected misuse or abuse.

No. Renew does not own or inspect listed items. All items are sold directly by individual sellers.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing item details before purchase.

The seller receives payment within 3–5 working days after:
• OTP confirmation
• The 24-hour review window expires without an issue

After purchase:
• The buyer and seller communicate through Renew chat.
• They agree on pickup or delivery.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer arranges pickup.

Renew does not provide transportation services.

Returns are only accepted if:
• The item significantly differs from the description
• A major defect was not disclosed
• The wrong item was delivered

Returns are not accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Minor wear consistent with pre-loved items

In case of an approved return:
• The buyer is responsible for arranging the return.
• The buyer is responsible for any return-related costs.

After OTP confirmation:
• The buyer has 24 hours to inspect the item.
• If there is a significant issue, the buyer must use the “Report an Issue” feature within 24 hours.
• If no issue is reported, the transaction is automatically completed and payment is released to the seller.

OTP (One-Time Password) is a secure code used at the time of handover.

The buyer confirms receipt of the item by entering the OTP after physically receiving the product.

Buyers should only share the OTP after receiving the item.

When a buyer makes a purchase:
• The payment is securely held by Renew.
• The seller does not receive the money immediately.
• Funds are released only after OTP confirmation and the 24-hour review window has expired.

This protects both buyers and sellers.
